For those who currently have three tabs open and won't finish reading this one either.
Welcome to the club of too much, too little, and all at once.
Neurodivergent: ADHD, autism, high sensitivity, or simply a brain that works differently. Your brain isn't broken, just wired differently – more impulses, faster pace, its own way of thinking. Many connections, but not always the ones you need. Together, we'll connect the right ones – with personal training and coaching that starts where others stop.

Full throttle. Plateau. Injured – for whatever reason. Reset.
You train hard, almost daily, multitask, and have a thousand plans running through your head – yet you still end up back where you started. Or worse: something twinges for no apparent reason. It's not a training error. It's just a training program that doesn't recognize that your brain and nervous system function differently. Instead of trying to fix you, we understand and train what you and your brain truly need.
Does this sound familiar? And does this also seem familiar to you – or does your mind work completely differently? Get in touch – we'll find out how you're wired and tailor your training accordingly.

Coordination
«Your mind is already running the perfect replay ten times over. Meanwhile, your body hasn't even seen the trailer, or it’s already forgotten its lines.»

Focus
«Concentrating on the exercise? Impossible. Your mind still has 5 tabs open:
Tax return, noises everywhere, what should I eat later, where is the charging cable and what exactly is that guy training over there?»

Impulsiveness
«Your plan: squats. Your reality: jumps."
Tomorrow: whatever you feel like doing or just picked up on Instagram. Your motivation simply has a mind of its own.»

Intensity
«All-in or don't start at all.
Something twinges – doesn't matter. Exhaustion isn't an option for you, it's either full throttle or standby. Now things are just getting exciting for you.»

No one-size-fits-all menu. Four impulses – depending on where you are right now.
I am your first point of contact in Zurich for your performance-oriented personal training, where you can be yourself – with ADHD, autism, high sensitivity or simply a brain that works differently.
For me, you're not complicated, difficult, or amazing just the way you are. We'll harness your unique qualities for your nervous system and brain, revving up your engine and making you more creative, faster, and more efficient in your training. Your progress and enjoyment are included.
Some people need a plan for their body. Some need one for their mind. Some need both at the same time, because one simply doesn't work for them without the other. Grab what you need right now.

About me
I'm Ela. ADHD full-throttle mode, dopamine hunting, ex-self-optimization mania – and zero interest in giving you a standard plan.
Since childhood, I've lived with ADHD and always knew: I somehow tick differently. I just didn't know how to deal with it. So I did what many do – I adapted, tried to be normal like everyone else, and hid and suppressed my ADHD traits. Too often, I acted and presented myself differently from who I am – and never felt comfortable doing it. Even back then, I constantly sought refuge in sports with my hyperactivity and high energy. It gave me a feeling of completeness and invincibility. Finally, I could just be myself, functioning with my whole body and mind – and I was damn good at it, too.
Obsessed with self-improvement, I was constantly chasing dopamine. I got bored easily and was always switching between different training methods – full of enthusiasm and unstoppable. The high was great, but it didn't get me anywhere. Pain, decreased performance, and eating and sleeping problems suddenly became part of everyday life. I kept going anyway. Then came the complete breakdown: my nervous system in a state of emergency and me forced into a break.
A view into my everyday life. Wired differently, live and unfiltered.

Many years of practical experience as a personal trainer
Former office worker in the business and banking world:
Meaning: I know what pressure and high expectations feel like – from others and from myself. For many years, I worked in large, structured companies and experienced firsthand what it means to be "different" and not function the way others expect you to, even in simple tasks. This used to weigh me down and drain my mental and physical energy unnecessarily. Over time, I worked on these challenges and somehow found my own way.
Most recently, I worked as a Product and Agile Coach, supporting people through change processes – helping them realign their behavior and ways of working, take on more ownership, and make their own decisions. I wasn't unhappy in this job: I learned a tremendous amount and met some wonderful people. But at some point, it became too much. I had to choose between two jobs – and my heart simply beats more for what I'm doing now.
